For an unforgettable New Zealand experience, visit Doubtful Sound, Te Anau and Milford Sound on a 3 day Ultimate Fiordland package with RealNZ. Fiordland National Park is a wilderness area in New Zealand’s South Island known for its natural beauty and incredible wildlife. Travel deep into this remote region to discover magical glowworms in Te Anau, staggering waterfalls in Milford Sound and what it’s like to wake up in Doubtful Sound.
The Ultimate Fiordland package with RealNZ is split into 3 days, each packed full of equally awe-inspiring scenery. The first day starts in Manapouri, the gateway to Doubtful Sound, just a 15 minute drive from Te Anau or 2 hours from Queenstown. Join an overnight cruise of Doubtful Sound, with the chance to go kayaking, spot fiordland wildlife and wake up in the morning surrounded by New Zealand wilderness.
On Day 2, disembark from your overnight cruise boat transfer in Manapouri and make your way to Te Anau for the next part of your Ultimate Fiordland package. Cruise across Lake Te Anau with a knowledgeable RealNZ guide to experience the Te Anau Glowworm Caves. This 2.5 hour tour takes you through the fascinating legends and history behind the caves, and includes a glittering display of thousands of glowworms.
The final activity of your Ultimate Fiordland package takes you to Milford Sound, the unofficial Eighth Wonder of the World. Self drive the unforgettable route from Te Anau to Milford Sound, where you will find the RealNZ vessel, Milford Haven, waiting for you. Jump aboard for a 2 hour Milford Sound Nature Cruise, getting up close and personal with cascading waterfalls, wildlife and the towering Mitre Peak.

If the tour operator cancels any of these tours due to weather conditions, you would receive a full refund. However, it is quite rare that these tours are cancelled due to rain. Fiordland National Park is one of the wettest places in the world and when it rains there are thousands of spectacular waterfalls that cascades down on each side of the fiords - this is truly a beautiful sight! The fiords are both very sheltered from the open sea, so the water is rarely choppy or rough.
