Hi Briar. You most certainly can make the G - Force Tandem Paragliding a gift voucher. When you click on the 'Book Now' tab to book the paragliding the following page will have the option to check a box that says "I want this to be an open dated Gift Voucher." Check this box and then follow the prompts.
