For my birthday I was given a voucher for the crater experience, however, I can no longer book this as it is apparently unavailable.
What are my options here, will the crater experience become available in the future?

Thank you so much for your enquiry. Yes, the Crater Experience is not available at the moment but you can use your gift voucher towards the Summit Experience or another activity of your choice.
