Hiya Trevor, I hope you're well. Thanks so much for your enquiry into the Ultimate Canopy Tour Rotorua. The maximum weight limit 120kg and The minimum age is 10 years for the Ultimate Tour. Please advise if your child weighs less than 35kg. There are no height restrictions so long as you're in the weight range you're good to go

Unfortunately it's not possible to start the tour from the Dansey Road Scenic Reserve, you will need to check in at their base on Fairy Springs Road. This is simply because they need to weigh you at check in to ensure they have the right safety gear for you. They keep all of their harnesses, helmets and other safety gear and you will be fitted with that after checking in there 😊
