Hi~
We would like to join both Tumu Tumu Toobing (10am) and Lost World 4 hr (2:30pm) on 20 Jun, but we have some inquiries:
1) Is it possible to join these 2 activities in one day?
2) Will these 2 activities still open if it will rain?
3) Is there any shower facilities?
4) If i book online, should i print out any confirmation or what i need to show as evidence of the booking?
5) if there is any refund if the activities cancelled?
Thanks a lot!
Your Lost World tour offers lunch and dinner but your Gruesome Twosome doesn't mention anything about food? Do you supply food during this tour?
Comments
Hi Wendy. There is only food offered after the full day Lost World tour with Waitomo Adventures. The Gruesome Twosome includes two half day tours, the Haggas Honking Holes and the half day Lost World Tour. If you wish to do the Gruesome Twosome tour then there is time in between tours for you to grab some lunch.
How much are the photos?
Comments
Hi Campbell, the photos are $25 on a CD or $40 on a usb. This includes photos of your groups experience as well as 50-60 promotional photos.
How many photos are typically included for the 'group experiences'?
Hi DL, the number of photos taken really depends on the size of the group on your activity. If you are in a fairly large group then there are typically about 5 photos of yourself taken and then there is also group photos. If you are in a small group you will most likely receive a few more individual photos. You will also receive about 50 promotional photos and a short DVD about the experience you've been on.

Hello, my sister and I are very interested in going on one of your Caving/Black Water Rafting trips. We are not sure which one yet, but the only problem is that we wanted to make our trip to New Zealand in December. Do your trips run year round? Or are there only specific months that you take people out? Thank you for your time, I hope to hear from you soon! - John
Comments
Hi John. Yes the caving and black water rafting tours with Waitomo Adventures do operate all year round. Summer time (Dec - Feb) is particularly busy so we recommend booking several weeks/months in advance if possible.
