I was curious what time the cruise returns the next day? (My assumption would be at least by 10:30 to give time to prepare the boat for the next tour).
One other question. Assuming we drive to Manapouri is it best to leave large bags in the car, is there someplace to store it securely, or would it make sense to just bring it with us on the boat?

You will return into Manapouri at 12.00 PM the following day so yes you will depart the navigator at around 10.30 AM from Deep Cove and begin your journey back to Manapouri. It is recommend to only bring your carry-on/ overnight bag, on the boat as there is not enough storage to have all your luggage you would need to leave this in your vehicle overnight while you are on
