Very professional, knowledgable and helpful staff! When we couldn't find the storefront, one of the employees came out and found us (I guess we were pretty obvious.. tourists looking lost)!

There were no issues with the bookings or the service provided by Queenstown Canyoning or the Everything Travel Group. My only concern was that I could not get through by phone to Everything Travel Group to cancel one of the bookings for the canyoning adventure as my husband hurt his arm.
I left one message and rang many times. As I did not have access to the internet to make any correspondences via email, I had to rely on the company Queenstown Canyoning to make the enquiries on my behalf. Whilst Everything Travel Group refunded the money promptly and there were no issues with this, I was left wondering right up until I got home to check the account if the money had been refunded.

Excellent, however I think it is too expensive to pay $60 for 2 adult's photos when you already charged $195 each.

We have changing rooms, toilets and hot showers at our base in Bobs Cove for you to use after your Queenstown Adventurer trip. Perfect to warm up and rinse off before returning to town.
Are rock jumps necessary to get through the trip? I don't have any experience canyoning but would love to try.

You'll need to jump off a few little rock jumps during the Twelve Mile Delta Queenstown Canyoning but nothing overly high so nothing to worry about. There is always a walk around option with all obstacles if you are not up for it.

The canyoning in Queenstown operates during the warmer summer months only (Oct-Apr). If you are wanting to participate in a water activity in May then you can try white water rafting on the Shotover River which operates all year.
Hi, one of our group is a pretty big guy - about 130kg, about 6 1. Would that be a problem?

Hi Chris, the only reason this would be an issue is if they didn't fit the gear worn such as the wetsuit etc. If you could just note these details in the additional information when you make your booking then we can pre warn canyoning so they can ensure they will have gear to fit.

After the canyoning trip in Queenstown there is somewhere for you to dry off and get changed into some warm clothes. Most people just stay wrapped up in their clothes and shower once dropped back at their hotel afterwards.
