Coronet Peak or The Remarkables First Timer Package

Description

Learn to ski or snowboard at one of Queenstown's local ski fields, NZ Ski's Coronet Peak or The Remarkables. NZ Ski are all about making the process fun for everyone and have created a total starter package to make it affordable and easy for you.

The First Timer Package at Coronet Peak or The Remarkables covers everything you need as a total beginner to get to grips with skiing or snowboarding in Queenstown. With the option of 1 or 3 days of skiing, your package includes full days of lessons, your mountain lift pass, ski/snowboard and boot rental, clothing and helmet hire, plus optional return transfers to Queenstown. On day one of the First Timer Package you are kitted out with all your equipment, then each day you participate in two lessons with experienced instructors to get you skiing or snowboarding confidently.

1 Day All Inclusive Package Includes

• 2 hour morning lesson + 2 hour afternoon lesson
• Beginner’s area conveyor lift pass
• Ski/Snowboard and boot rental
• Clothing and accessories including jacket, pants and helmet
• Optional return transfers from Queenstown

3 Day 'Intro to Snow' All Inclusive Package Includes

• Day 1 - 2 x 2 hour lessons + beginner’s area conveyor lift pass
• Day 2 & 3 - 2 hour morning lesson + 2 hour afternoon lesson
• All mountain lift pass
• Ski/Snowboard and boot rental
• Clothing and accessories including jacket, pants and helmet
• Optional return transfers from Queenstown

Departures

• First Timer lessons start at 10.00am each day (check in 15mins before)
• Meet at the learners area each morning (bottom of beginner’s slope on righthand side)
• Transfers are optional from The Snow Centre, 9 Duke Street, Queenstown
• 7:00-7:30am departure from Queenstown (returns around 5pm)
• Operates during winter (June - October)

Other Information

• Clothing & helmet bundles must be collected from 7 Duke Street before going up the mountain (open daily 7:30am - 9:00pm)
• Rental equipment can be picked up from the NZSki Coronet Peak store in Queenstown or at the ski field
• Rental equipment must be returned if you’re taking days off in between visits
• Allow at least 1 hour to be fitted with your rental equipment before your first lesson
• 3 day package can be used on consecutive or non-consecutive days
• Gloves and goggles are not available for hire but can be purchased on site
